Allsafe is an expanding collection of quality self-storage developments located throughout the east and south bay areas. It's facilities are enhanced with the latest electronic security measures, fire protection systems, superior construction methods, and professional customer relations. Here's a summary of some of the features offered by most Allsafe facilities: Video Surveillance: All of our facilites include 24 hour video surveillance cameras, with images viewable from the manager's office. Video Recording: All of our facilitites utilize some of the latest technologies in analog and digital video recording. Much of our sites are covered by cameras recording and storing images for more than 30 days. Door Alarms: All of our facilities have units which are protected by individual door alarms. These alert the managers and are kept in a log for future review. Graphical Site Status Display: Where utilized, this provides managers and tenants an up-to-the-minute physical status of the project, identifying tenants on-site, highlighting alarms, and determining specific unit availabilites. On-site Resident Managers: All of our facilites employ managers who live on-site, many times available when needed. Computerized Entry/Exit Gates: This system allows quick and easy access for tenants, while keeping out those who don't belong. All of our facilites take advantage of its features, enabling managers to know who is on-site. Free Move-in Truck Provided: Allsafe has 2 move-in trucks in use at its San Leandro and Santa Clara facilites. New tenants may use the truck free (required insurance extra) to move in to one of these facilities. However, new tenants of our other facilities are welcome to use one - just call for availability. Packaging Supplies: All facilities provide affordable supplies such as locks and mattress covers. In addition, some provide an extensive collection of boxes, packing tape, bubble wrap, and more. Easy Access: Having been involved in the construction of all of its facilities, Allsafe prides itself on its extensive amount of exterior accessed units, wide and extra-wide interior hallways, large elevators, and a large assortment of moving carts available. Deliveries: Allsafe can accept tenant deliveries and have them delivered directly to their unit. Insurance: Allsafe offers an insurance program suited for individual tenants' needs.
